51. The Battle!

Ken and the other 2 were close to reaching the prison as they walked through the bushes.

They could see the prison as they were hiding behind a huge tree, located 300 meters in front of the prison.

The air around was so cold. It was freezing at night when they were there.

“I didn’t expect this many of them,” Ken thought, seeing the guards.

“I am nervous,” Galen said, seeing them.

Andrew didn’t say anything; he was observing the surroundings.

“Andrew, we could have gone inside easily if you had called the knight for this one,” Galen told him.

“We could have gone inside, but defeating a knight with just 3 of us and fighting with other guards and releasing Medrick is a hectic task,” Ken muttered.

“Are we just going to watch this? Let’s do this,” Andrew told them.

Both Ken and the brown-haired guy have a similar plan.

“There, they are,” A man in the west of Ken, 300 meters apart on top of a tree.

“It should be them, tell our chief,” He ordered the men who were near him.

The brown-haired guy had his men set up all around the prison. No one was apart from another group. They were made in this type of formation so that they could use the signs to pass the information from one place to another.

Veris was told about Ken’s arrival, as he was nearby the prison himself and with the directions, he spotted Ken.

“Time to begin,” he ordered his men to stay ready.

  Back to Ken,

“I see 20 men there,” Andrew spotted some towards the right.

“I also see a lot,” Galen also spotted some men when he looked around.

“They will help us; all we need to do is start,” Ken told them.

“There should be around 100 soldiers,” Galen muttered.

“We have a lot too, even though this would turn once we get in, we should use this now to get inside,” Ken told them.

  After a minute,

Ken doesn’t want to hide any more; he walked out of the tree.

He began walking towards the prison.

“What is he doing? Is he crazy?” was one of the reactions of the men around the prison watching him.

If you discover this narrative on Amazon, be aware that it has been stolen. Please report the violation.

“He must be kidding, right?” Veris was shocked.

“Did he mention this at the start when he revealed the plan?” Galen couldn’t believe his eyes either.

“No, he just said, 'I am going to start the plan, you guys come and help me,” Andrew clarified, standing still.

Ken had no armour, no things; he was just walking, wearing a hoodie.

He could hear the sound of the air passing through him, the sound of the grasses that he was stepping on.

Despite hundreds of men in front of him, he was calm and composed.

“I had been alone for all these years, I had no one to laugh with,” he remembered the moments when he laughed with his friends in the previous months.

“I had no one to share my thoughts, now I have some people who believe in me,” he remembered the reactions of everyone when he spoke in Archeon.

“Even my enemy needs me to start things,” he muttered.

All the guards present there see him.

“I am not alone anymore!!” he shouted as he approached the prison.

“Who are you guys?” one of the soldiers asked them.

Andrew and Galen were hesitant at first, but their trust in Ken led them to follow him as they stood behind him.

“I am Ken. I have some business inside,” Ken told them.

  Hahahaha!!

  The guards started laughing.

  At the same time,

“This is our time,” Veris realised.

“All our men!! Let’s fight!!!!!” Veris shouted out of nowhere.

  Everyone around there was shocked.

One person came from inside to see outside due to the sound he heard. It was Tiberon, one of the commanders, who was responsible for the protection of the prison

Ken’s friends turned back to see what was happening there.

“There are more of them,” The soldiers finally realised.

“Everyone!! Don’t leave anyone inside! Fight them!!!” Tiberon ordered them.

All the soldiers marched forward towards Ken.

  Grgh!

  Spark!!

“Andrew! Galen! Let’s do this!!” Ken told them.

  Ignis Fist!!

He started by hitting the 3 men who surrounded him.

  Meanwhile,

Harkey is driving to the location that Ken told him. He is barely holding on to sleep, listening to music.

“They must have started. I need to know what is happening there,” he muttered.

“I have no choice, I should first complete the job that Ken gave me,” he understood the importance of his job.

The area was silent, as there were no vehicles seen around it. He was the only one who was driving there.

He was nearing the eastern border that Ken mentioned.

  Back to the fights,

Veris asked one of his men to pass this information to the scarred man.

That one began running towards a certain location.

The guards were strong, but couldn’t keep up with the strength of both Ken’s friends and the men of the brown-haired.

  Knuckle Burst!!

The men of Brown-haired guy are steamrolling the guards that come towards them.

  Ignis Kick!!

Andrew was also in no mood to respect them, as he was clearly focused on getting inside.

“Why are these guys stronger than us?” one of the soldiers muttered, furious.

“They are strong, it might be difficult,” Veris thought, seeing the fights of Ken and his friends.

He showed no signs of slowing down; however, the one person who was hitting the soldiers right, left, and centre is Kael.

He is in complete rage and wants to seek revenge on Ken, but the supreme ordered him not to lay a hand on Ken until they enter the prison.

Kael wants to end this quickly and get into the prison to fight against Ken.

He wasn’t even using his swords to kill the guard, as he thinks that his hands are enough to destroy them.

  Pulse Wave Fist!!!

Ken was rushing towards the gate; if anyone showed up in front of him, he would just finish them with no time to think.

“You guys won’t win us! Ahhh!!!!” A soldier came from behind to attack Ken.

  Punch!!

“Don’t disturb him, attack me first!!” Galen muttered, came from the left side and punched him right in the face.

“Everyone!! Go inside with our captain, Ken,” Veris ordered all his men.

“Captain? What’s he trying to do?” Andrew said, confused.

“Me? Captain?” Ken was shocked, too.

All the soldiers present there confirmed that Ken is the leader behind this attack.

“They are using me as a decoy. I don’t mind it right now,” Ken realised it.

“Galen! Let’s go inside with him,” Andrew told him.

The commander couldn’t believe his eyes as his men were taken town quite comfortably. He was sending men after men from inside, but nothing seemed to work out for them.

He later ordered one of his men, Eryo, to convey this situation to the knight and the king.

Eryo escaped the prison from the back side and took his horse to pass the information to their King.
