Hello everyone,
Today, I’d like to introduce you to my second story, written in parallel with Edge Of The Frozen Dawn.
This one will progress slowly in terms of publication. Although it’s self-contained and complete in its concept, I’m taking the time now to shape each chapter the way I envision it. I no longer want to write in a rush just to maintain a steady stream of chapters—it compromises the quality of what I produce, and that’s not something I’m willing to accept anymore. That’s why I won’t be giving any release dates or regular schedule. I’ll move forward at my own pace. I understand this might be frustrating, but reading a rushed, poorly written story would be far worse.
As for the tone, this story is also dark fantasy. But while EOTFD takes its time to lay things out, here, I’ll dive straight into the core themes. There will be sensitive scenes as well. However, just like EOTFD, nothing will be explicit—no graphic descriptions of bodies, acts, or anything of that nature. The implications will be clear, but always there to serve the story, never to shock.
If you spot this tale on Amazon, know that it has been stolen. Report the violation.
For that reason, I strongly advise against reading this story if you’re under 16. Since there’s no specific tag for this, I’m writing this warning directly. I won’t tone down the story to make it suitable for all audiences. If you read it, you do so knowingly. Even if it might not seem so at first glance, Ashborne, like EOTFD, deals with violent and sensitive themes that could disturb some readers. I emphasize this strongly—I know exactly what I’m writing, and I have a responsibility to protect both myself and you. If these themes make you uncomfortable, I encourage you not to start reading.
Ashborne serves two purposes for me:
To show that I approach dark fantasy the way it’s meant to be—without holding back. I don’t write stories for general audiences. I’ve chosen a niche that few isekai tales dare to explore.
To give life to ideas I couldn’t include in my first story due to incompatible structure or tone.
This will be the only warning I give. I won’t interrupt the reading experience later on to remind you. That would ruin the immersion for those who are here precisely for this kind of story—and I refuse to spoil that for them.
Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope you enjoy the journey.
