Chapter 16- Downward Spiral!

  While my life has taken a turn for the better, Stel's life had taken a turn for the worse.

  True to her father's words, Stel was cut off from her parent's funds and was forced to live with her grandparents, who so happen to own a general store in Megacity-20, one of the least popur of the Megacities.

  When she wasn't helping run the store, she had to go to Argos High, which wasn't a picnic for her since her father told the principal and teachers to not give Stel any special treatment, so Stel was forced to do her own homework.

  Being still in Disciple-Rank didn't help thing either as no one wanted to team up with her, so she had to level-up on her own, which was not easy for someone like her.

  As she id in bed, she was stewing in rage, cursing my name.

  "That ungratful bitch, none of this wouldn't have happened if she didn't break up with me!" she growled as she fell asleep.

  1 month ter......

  The next day, Stel was helping her grandma stock the shelves, when her father, Argos came over.

  "Hi Mother..." he said.

  "Hello sweetie..." she said back.

  Stel growled as she left the room...

  "How is she?" Argos asked.

  "Well actually, she does her work without compints, i haven't heard anything from school, i think she's gotten the message." Grandma said.

  "I see..." said Argos...

  Later on, at a nearby cafe, Argos and Stel had a talk...

  "So, mother said you've been doing well, you're doing your chores, helping out at the store and even staying out of trouble..." Argos said..

  Stel simply nodded....

  "I know i said you could come home if you showed improvement, but that's the thing, you've treated this as a punishment, when this is a learning experience, i believe that if i allow you to come home, you'll just go back to your old ways, i want you to LEARN from this, to grow, which i why i've asked Mom and Dad to keep you here from now on." Argos said.

  "WHAT!!!" Stel growled.

  "You Mother made a mistake, she spoiled you too much, i think staying here in Megacity-20 will be good for you." he said.

  "And mother?" Stel asked.

  "Your mother objected, of course, but this is my decision, this is for you own good as well as your mother's some time apart will do you both good in the end." Argos said as he simply walked away.

  With that, Stel finally snapped, with a well-timed thrust, she impailed her father with her tentecles!

  "I'm going home, even if you have to die for me to do so!" Stel roared...
