Event period: from 20 to 24 June 2016
These days there's no such place as “Carinho”. With so much of my head occupied in this little excavation, I have neglected the TFG and now I have to rush things. Because it’s not just that I still must write a large part of the body and all the conclusions, it’s that I haven’t prepared or rehearsed the presentation. So much I told myself that I was going to hand in the TFG in June instead of February so that I could present it in better conditions, and I end up having to hurry at the end to finish it badly and late. Fuck my bad luck.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, my trips to the beach have been rewarded with burns on my back. I don’t know how the fuck you can get sunburnt in a cloudy sky where the sun doesn’t deign to make an appearance, but the fact is that I can’t sit on anything with a backrest, and if something rubs against my back, I shiver with pain.

What am I going to do with the peat bog in Carinho? Well, for the time being I will leave it as an important reference among the ones I have already integrated in the TFG. It’s a pity it can only be one, but I don’t have time for more (in fact, just between you and me: I’ve had to give up part of the municipalities I was going to check for peat bogs because I don’t have enough time. I’m crossing my fingers that the ones I’ve skipped don’t have archaeologically relevant peat bogs). I’m upset about the fact that in the end the TFG is so theoretical, but I can always take it up again later, with more detail and care if I do a TFM; or maybe I’ll have enough for a thesis, I don’t know.
Anyway, I’ll leave it here and I apologise in advance if I’m too absence. Now you know why.
