With Rya and Quin’s dream of marriage inching closer to reality, Rya found herself facing one st formidable challenge: winning the favor of the Ladies of the Court. This task might have seemed straightforward, but for Rya, a Dark Elf often viewed with suspicion and fear due to the stigmas associated with her kind, it was anything but easy.
Determined to bridge the chasm between her and the noblewomen, Rya devised a clever pn to make inroads. Recognizing the importance of empathy and understanding in her approach, she decided to focus on their monthly struggles. Armed with her knowledge of her fellow women’s needs, Rya hoped to create a variety of tampons, showcasing her desire to contribute positively to their lives.
She also considered enlisting the help of her friend Dalia, who, with her keen sense of smell, might be able to discern which dies of the Court were currently navigating the often-unspoken trials of their menstrual cycles. By providing free samples, Rya aimed to break down barriers and foster goodwill, transforming perceptions one thoughtful gesture at a time.
But for all the other women in the court, she would need to rely on the insights of her friends and her future mother-in-w, whose understanding of the intricate dynamics of the Ladies of the Court was invaluable. It would be crucial to discern which among them would be open-minded and willing to forge a friendship with a Dark Elf, embracing her unique heritage. Simultaneously, she would have to navigate the delicate ndscape of those who clung to traditional values, wary of anything that challenged their established norms.
She wasn't sure if this would work, but she had to try something.
'I need to get in contact with Tayna and Anna... I can't bug Rianna to help me with everything. And I need to manufacture more tampons with my artifact. Let's hope that synchronized cycles are a thing... Ugh!... I think it was a defunct theory back on Earth... Well, maybe it is a thing in Tertius?' Rya thought as she was making a simple to-do list in her head.
"Hey Ry!... Come over here. I need to introduce you to your new sister!" Yuliana's voice cut through her thoughts, and she turned towards her mother's voice.
Quinus looked over at Rya and whispered, "How many more elves do you think your mother is going to adopt?"
Rya chuckled, "I'm not sure, but maybe I should warn any other elves we come across that Yuliana might try to adopt them," she replied with a pyful smirk.
Nieren and Eine both chuckled while Yuliana frowned at her adopted daughter, who was joking with the prince.
"Rya... come over here," Yuliana repeated.
"Sorry, mother. I'm coming," Rya replied as she made her way past all the nobles but was stopped by General Dougs.
"Princess..." General Dougs said as he held out his hand.
Rya turned to him, and she looked confused. "General?"
"Thank you for finding those children with Mana Veins... If you find me any more Elite or Demi-God level people, we'll be able to protect the kingdom better," the general said.
"You're welcome," Rya beamed, her smile warm as the general reluctantly released her hand. "So, are they our new recruits for the pace barracks?"
"Indeed, Midy," the General replied, a hint of pride in his voice. "Why do you ask? Do you wish to join us?"
Rya smiled, shaking her head, "Not quite. I was just wondering it all. They seem like great kids."
The general smiled back and nodded. It was right then that Rya communicated with some of her golems that were inside some of the bigger forests around the capital to find some monsters to capture for her younger sister and her boyfriend to sy.
'Hehe! Well, now that I to know that Eine's boyfriend is on the pace grounds... I think I'll give her a little surprise after dinner.' Rya thought with a mischievous smile.
Dougs noticed the smile, and he knew that something was pnning something, "What's going on in your head, Midy?"
Rya turned back to the general, "Oh, nothing much. Just a pn to help jump start so children's mana vein growth."
"Oh really? Is this some kind of secret technique, Midy?" the general asked.
"It's a Dark Elf technique to help beginners grow their mana veins. It's is simir to how I started growing my mana vein," Rya replied.
"Oh! What is this technique, if I may ask?"
"Sure. It's pretty simple actually. You capture monsters before hand and you let someone a infant stage vein to sy it so they can grow their veins."
The general was puzzled. Normally, it was considered more honorable if their squires earned their kills in battle, but this method might be a better way for a child to develop their mana veins.
"You don't think this will weaken the youth's resolve when they kill these monsters, do you?" the general asked.
"I would say that it helps ease in the ones who have reservations about sying monsters. I can have my golems capture monsters for the squires to kill without worrying about sending out your knights to find the monsters. Plus, I have plenty of golems that can assist them."
"Well, as long as you think it will help in their development, then I'm okay with seeing how this goes," the general replied.
"You know... You're a good man, general... I was worried when I first met you that you wouldn't trust me," Rya said.
The General ughed awkwardly, "I was a stubborn man..." He hesitated for a moment, as if weighing his words. “If it wasn't for you... I don't know where my kingdom would be today."
"I doubt you would be dead," Rya replied with a chuckle.
"That is true, but it still doesn't change the fact that we are in debt to you," the general said before taking a deep breath. "It doesn't happen often, but I am a big enough of a man to admit when I was mistaken about you and the Crown Prince. And I'm gd that I was wrong... Regardless of what lies ahead, you have my assurance: The Royal Knights will stand by you and the Crown Prince. You can count on us.”
Rya nodded, a sense of reassurance washing over her. "I hope it doesn't come to that, but if we must flee, I'll rely on you and your men to keep us safe." With that, she turned and walked away, leaving the General and the Royal Knights behind.
Dougs just nodded and admired Rya as she walked away. The General didn't want to fail her or the Crown Prince and he was going to make damn sure it doesn't happen while he was still breathing.
Rya was making her way towards her family when Dalia walked up beside her, "So, who's the runt? She smells different from other elves."
Rya turned and smiled at Dalia. "Her name is Eine. She's a Half-Elf I found in an orphanage earlier today. I told Nieren to bring her here to train with my Mom. I just didn't expect her to adopt her as her daughter," Rya said with a sigh.
Dalia nodded, " Huh?... The runt is part human?... That expins her scent."
Rya smirked at the Wolfkin, "Just go easy on her... She's already nervous and she has the ability to use the Green Word."
Dalia looked at her Alpha and nodded, "Give me some credit, Alpha... I'm not one to toy with younglings. But Woody is fair game."
"HEY! I heard that, dog!" Nieren excimed.
"Yeah, that why I said it," Dalia grinned and wagged her tail as they approached Yuliana, Nieren, and Eine who was still finding behind her mother, but her curiosity was starting to win.
'A-A Wolfkin?... There's a Wolfkin that's friends with the Dark Elf?... Or is she her sve?' Eine thought as she slowly poked her head out from behind Yuliana and looked at the Wolfkin and the Dark Elf.
Dalia sniffed the air and her wolf ears perked up when she smelled a sweet scent. 'Huh, they are baking sweets for tonight's meal!?... I wonder if I can sneak into the kitchen and eat all of it before—'
Rya pinched Dalia's ear and pulled her closer, "You weren't pnning on sneaking somewhere to eat all of the sweets they are baking for tonight, were you?"
Dalia yipped in surprise and then tried to act innocent, "I don't know what you're talking about, Alpha. I would never do such a thing! I'm a good girl."
"You're not a good girl... You're a naughty pup who's been spoiled by me," Rya sighed and let Dalia's ear go.
"Hey! No fair, Alpha. I'm a good pup! Tell her, Woody!" Dalia protested as she rubbed her ear.
"Nope. You are a bad, bad dog, Dalia. You always have that look in your eyes when you want to run off and cause trouble," Nieren teased with a grin.
"No, I don't! You're lying, Woody!" Dalia excimed.
Nieren chuckled, "We know your habits, Dalia. I wouldn't be surprised if you tried to get into the kitchens."
Dalia growled softly at the Wood Elf. "Shut up, Woody. Or I'll make sure that all you can wear are these dresses."
"Oh? And how would you accomplish that?" Nieren asked with a smirk.
Dalia frown turned into a wide grin as she looked at Nieren, "I think all your adventurers gear would make for a fine toilet paper. What do you think, Alpha?"
Nieren's eyes went wide, and her face paled, "Y-You wouldn't!"
"I would! You can't be a warrior if you are wearing fancy dresses all the time!" Dalia giggled and pointed at the Wood Elf.
"Wearing this thing is won't stop me from fighting!" Nieren retorted. "And once Rya wins and becomes married to my Prince then I'll burn all these things so I never have to see them again!"
"But you look so cute in those dresses, Nieren," Rya said with a teasing grin. Nieren's face went a bright shade of red, and she gred at the Dark Elf.
Yuliana nodded and agreed with Rya. Eine was watching the exchange and giggled at the banter between the three women.
'So, Big Sister hates dresses, but this Wolfkin does?... Wait? Is she pregnant? But I don't see a Beastkin male? Did one of the humans impregnate her?' Eine thought as she was no longer hiding behind Yuliana.
Dalia stuck her tongue out at Nieren, "Sucks to be you!"
Nieren growled, and Dalia quickly ran behind Rya.
"Hide behind my sister for all I care. It won't save you," Nieren huffed.
Rya shook her head and smiled at her sister, "That's enough, Nieren. You're scaring her."
Dalia poked her head over one of Rya's shoulders, "Yeah! You're scaring me, Woody!" The Wolfkin said but her tail was wagging pyfully and she wanted Nieren to chase her.
Nieren crossed her arms under her chest, making her breasts squish a bit, and she pouted. "Hmph! I'm only wearing this thing because I was forced to."
Rya sighed, "Really?... But you look so good in red dresses, Nieren. Are you sure that you hate wearing them?"
"Sis!?... I'm telling you that I absolutely—" Nieren was about to go into a rant about how she will never wear such things again. But she stopped mid-sentence when she locked with Quinus who was talking with Baron Zellin Coldforge and Earl Nathaniel Valerian. His golden eyes locked onto Nieren's green eyes.
Nieren was stunned, and her mouth fell open. She didn't know why but seeing Prince Quinus looking at her, and wearing that red dress. Her face heated up, and her heart started to race, especially when his eyes slowly drifted down her body.
"What's wrong, Nieren?" Rya asked and saw her sister's cheeks flushed a deeper red, and she was speechless.
Quinus had to look away forcefully to not be rude and he went back to his conversation.
'Goddess be damned. I have Rya. I don't need to gawk at her sister. What is it about elven women that makes me lose myself?... It's alright, I have Rya and she's my number one priority.' Quinus thought as he focused on his conversation with Zellin and Nathaniel.
Nieren's nipples were hard and were poking against her red dress and she was rubbing her thighs together.
"Hey, Woody! Wake up!" Dalia said, and she had walked over and was snapping her fingers in front of Nieren's face.
"Huh?" Nieren was pulled out of her lustful thoughts, and she quickly waved her hand in the air.
"I'm fine. I'm fine!... What was I saying?" Nieren looked over at her sister.
Rya had a knowing smirk on her face, "You were about to tell us how much you hate wearing the red dress I gave you."
"Oh, yeah! Well, I might wear these things on special occasions, but not all the time. And the reason why is..." Nieren said while waving her pointer finger in the air.
Rya, Dalia, and Yuliana each gnced at each other with puzzled looks on their faces.
"Nieren... Do you like dresses and wearing them?... Why are you lying to yourself? I mean, we already know that you love it. You can't hide the truth. It's obvious, sis." Rya said, and she had a mischievous look in her eyes. 'I mean, look at her! Her nipples are so hard that I can see them poking against her red dress. She must be too proud to admit it.' Rya thought not realizing that Nieren had a huge crush on her man.
"No!... I'm not lying... I... I mean... I like dresses on special occasions. But not all the time. I tolerate it for you, sis. Because I'm such a great sister, and that's all there is to it." Nieren was a little flustered and embarrassed at her sister's words.
"Oh, really? Then why are you excited, Woody?" Dalia asked, and she could smell the arousal coming off Nieren.
"Excited?! I'm not excited! I'm not a pervert, unlike someone standing next to me." Nieren gred at Dalia, and she was trying to deflect the topic from herself.
"I'm not the one whose—"
Dalia was cut off when the stewart came into the living room to announce the arrival of the King and Queen.
"His Majesty, King Cyndre and Her Majesty, Queen Rianna!" The stewart announced, and the whole room stood up and bowed towards the Royals.
"Good afternoon, everyone! Sorry, for are te arrival, but we had something come up at the st minute," Cyndre said and Rianna blushed a bit as she still felt his cum dripping out of her cunt. "So, I'm sure you all are hungry and ready to eat, and I won't waste any more time. Let us go to the dining hall, and enjoy a delicious meal, and then we can have an after party," Cyndre said while his eyes roamed over his wife's body, which earned him a gre from the Queen.
Everyone started making their way towards the Grand Dining Hall but Eine frozen up.
'T-The King and Queen!?... But I don't know what to do... What if I embarrass myself? I-I'll just stay here. Maybe they will forget about me?' Eine thought.
Rya noticed Eine was standing there next to their mother but she looked like she didn't want to go with the group.
"What's wrong, Eine?" Rya asked her sister.
"Umm... I'm not hungry..." Eine looked down at her feet, not realizing that she wasn't frightened about Rya's race anymore.
"Really? Are you sure, honey?" Her mother, Ysandra asked.
"Y-Yeah... I ate some sweets earlier, so I'm full," Eine lied.
But then her stomach growled, and she looked embarrassed.
Rya moved in closer to her and pced her hand on Eine's shoulder. It was only then that she thought it was odd that she wasn't afraid of her anymore.
'Huh!?... Did she do something to me?!' Eine thought as her heart began racing. 'I-I don't think she did... It doesn't feel like it... So, why am I not scared anymore? I know I was before, and it was because she's a Dark Elf... Why is she different from the stories about the Evil Dark Elves?'
"Eine?... Why are you nervous?" Rya asked her softly and looked concerned for her sister.
'I-I'm not sure...' Eine thought.
"Are you nervous because the King and Queen are here?"
Eine nodded and kept her head down. "W-What if I do something wrong and embarrass mom?" Eine asked softly.
Yuliana was touched and Nieren had a surprised look on her face. Rya just smiled at Eine.
"You will be fine, Eine. Just sit by Mom or me and we'll help you out... And if you make a mistake, then we'll have Dalia run cover for you but making a distraction," Rya giggled.
Dalia nodded with a smirk and said, "Yeah. Just give me the signal and all throw all those annoying forks and things to the ground and I'll start chowing down with my mouth open."
Rya and Nieren giggled at Dalia while Yuliana looked worried. Eine blushed a little and felt her body rex.
"You would do that for me?" Eine asked softly.
"Sure!" Dalia said with a huge smile and stood there in a power pose with her hands on her hips.
"Of course, you are our family, and we're not going to let you embarrass yourself, Eine," Rya said with a smile and wink.
Eine couldn't help but smile back and blushed a little more.
'I-Is this what it's like to be in a family?' Eine thought. 'A family that there for me and will stand up for me... Even though I'm adopted...'
"Thanks..." Eine said softly.
"Well, let's get going. Don't want to keep everyone waiting," Yuliana said, and then they started walking out of the living room and towards the banquet hall.
