  Xing and Xiao Hu tio talk with each other, boung off ideas etting information of the world they were in which was avaible with the authority of Xing as of te.

  The world they were currently on was called Xiaoluxing. It’s a terrestrial world, about twice the size of Earth. Due to that, the time of this p was skewed. People still separated the day by 24 hours, and there were still 60 minutes in an hour. However there were now 120 seds in a minute instead of 60.

  Trying to use climate models on the p was useless, as there’s pces that don’t follow any form of ventional climate model. For example, a snowy tundra located smack dab in the middle of a desert, or a tropical forest located on peaks as high as the Himayas.

  Xiaoluxing has multiple tis on it, all as big in diameter as Africa is long. This didn’t t the myriad of “small realms” that are somewhat dotted here and there, which acc to Xiao Hu, was created through different phenomena of qi. Some of these small realms have been inhabited and are even flourishing.

  Where she’s currently at is White Mist Forest Valley, located in the White Mist mountain rahis is located in the ter of the northeastern region of the Bdesky ti. Acc to Xiao Hu, this region is home to many animals and spirit beasts. Most are herbivorous, but there are a lot of predatory animals, and even some deadly herbivorous spirit beasts as well. Not to mention there is the existence of spirit pnts that cause befuddlement, poison, or ht harm the body.

  What’s mystical about this forest is that there is the presence of a dragon vein, a densed flow of qi that emit qi into an enviro at much greater quality than regur ambient qi. Due to the natural formation of mountains, the qi creates a mist of qi, or qi mist, a physical phenomenon of qi that limits the sense of sight. Xing didn’t see this earlier because it was still early; the mist tends to roll out when it nears noon or at night.

  The wisps of qi beiracted from the spirit stones were now great: rge visible flows were moving from the spirit stones and into Xing. The spirit stones were being ed rapidly now in the cave. The closest ones have been long sined and it was now the third ring of spirit stohat are being used.

  Soon, the fourth, and then the fifth closest ones were ed, and they were still diminishing at a rapid pace. It would take just two minutes before the cave was now depleted, the lights ihe cave growing dimmer and dimmer.

  The two minutes have passed by quickly, and the cave has grown dark. Still, the wisps of qi still flow into her.

  But even if I am, to be able to see, there o be some sort of ambient light. It’s not like I have true night vision as if I’m using night vision goggles.

  At the surface, the phenomenon Xing Hu described is currently happening. The soil had bee dry, grass and flowers have withered. The trees have their leaves lose their luster. All these ges were not unnoticed however. From out of the forest, a few beings were the ges. These people were half human/half animal, with heads of animals, cws or talons for hands a, tails, and covered in fur, feathers, or scales. Despite this, they even had hair growing out of their heads, and some even had beards or mustaches.

  “Brother Leopard.” A rabbit spoke, its face looking mostly human save for the muzzle it has. “It’s like what I reported earlier: the qi in this area is rapidly diminishing.”

  “I see.” The one called Brother Leopard said. He was also mostly human, except for the leopard muzzle for his mouth and nose, cws, a tail, and the distinct spotted leopard pattern fur c his body. “It’s good you caught this early on.”

  “I was in the area and I felt like ‘something’ was drawing in qi. Now it seems to be more apparent.”

  “Everyone, let’s stay vigint around this thing. I’m not sure if the local sects would’ve noticed this already. Given they have Primordial Spirit cultivators, I don’t doubt they would have noticed.”
